Perunovich appeared in 16:14 TOI in the Blues game on January 28th vs. Los Angeles but has been announced out week-to-week with a lower-body injury after not participating in practice Thursday and missing the Blues' previous game. The 25-year-old rookie appeared in his 50th career game last contest and has no goals, 12 assists, 23 SOG, six PIMs and a -4 plus/minus through 31 games before his injury this season.
Perunovich had an MRI on Monday to determine the severity of his lower-body injury.
Perunovich left Sunday's game vs. the Kings with a lower-body injury and will not be available for Tuesday's game vs. Columbus. The Blues hope he'll be ready to go after the All-Star break/bye week, but it's too early to tell. Expect Tyler Tucker to replace him in the lineup on Tuesday.

Perunovich spent much of his 2022-23 nursing an injury but still collected two goals and 20 points across 22 games with the Springfield Thunderbirds (AHL). The 24-year-old defenseman was impressive representing the United States as the World Championships, putting up eight points (1G/7A) across 10 games played.

Perunovich has yet to play for the Blues this season as he recovered from a shoulder injury but has been activated from the injured reserve Monday and will head to Springfield (AHL) on a conditioning loan. The 24-year-old had six assists, 14 SOG, eight PIMs and a +2 plus/minus through 19 games played in his first career season in 2021-22.
Perunovich will undergo surgery to repair a fractured left shoulder on Thursday.
Perunovich was injured on September 27th and will undergo surgery this week and will be re-evaluated in six months. The injury effectively ends Perunovich's season unless the Blues want him to make his season debut in the playoffs after a lengthy layoff.
The Blues have signed Scott Perunovich to a one-year deal worth $750K.
Perunovich was excellent in his first AHL season, posting 22 points (3G / 19A) in 17 games before being promoted to the NHL. He had six assists in 19 games before undergoing left wrist surgery in March. Perunovich may start the 2022-23 season in the AHL and have to work his way back to the NHL.

Perunovich (wrist) has been activated from IR and is expected to play in Game 4.
Perunovich will undergo surgery on his left wrist and will be re-evaluated in eight weeks.
Perunovich (undisclosed) will not play Monday vs. the Predators.
Perunovich will come out of the lineup on Monday due to an undisclosed injury. Replacing him will be Colton Parayko, who is set to return from the COVID-19 protocol list.
Perunovich was added to the COVID-19 protocol list on Thursday and will not play Friday vs. the Capitals.
Perunovich, who was absolutely torching the AHL when he was called up hasn't had the same level of success at the NHL level. He has just one assist in his last nine games and has yet to score in 18 games. He'll be replaced by Robert Bortuzzo on Friday and will likely miss two games.
Perunovich (illness) will not play Tuesday.
