      Samuel Bolduc will draw back into the Islanders' lineup Thursday vs. Carolina.

      Grant Hutton will be a healthy scratch on Thursday, allowing Bolduc to re-enter the Islanders' lineup for their matchup against the Carolina Hurricanes. Bolduc has been used conservatively this season, averaging only 9:55 time-on-ice through 11 games. He has zero points, six blocks, and seven hits this season.

      Samuel Bolduc is expected to make his season debut Tuesday vs. Arizona.

      Bolduc is expected to draw into the lineup and make his season debut on Tuesday night. The #57 overall pick of the Islanders in the 2019 NHL Entry Draft recorded three points (2G / 1A) in 17 games last season. He is expected to line up next to Sebastian Aho on the Islanders' third defensive pair.

      Samuel Bolduc has signed a two-year contract extension ($800,000 AAV) with the Islanders.

      Bolduc made his NHL debut in 2022-23 with the New York Islanders picking up two goals, three points, 20 SOG, two PIMs and a +5 plus/minus through 17 games and has signed a two-year contract extension ($800,000 AAV). The 22-year-old defensemen was New York's 2019 second round pick (57th overall).

      Samuel Bolduc has been recalled on loan from Bridgeport (AHL).

      Bolduc has 10 goals, 25 assists, 31 PIMs and a -13 plus/minus through 56 games played with Bridgeport (AHL) and has been recalled to the Islanders for a second time this season. The 22-year-old returns for a second stint to the Islanders, where he had a goal, six assists, and two PIMs through six games earlier in the year.

      The Islanders have recalled Samuel Bolduc from Bridgeport (AHL).

      Bolduc would have taken part in Monday's AHL All-Star Classic but instead will head back up to the NHL where he previously had a strong initial four-game showing. The 22-year-old heads up from Bridgeport (AHL), where he had eight goals, 26 points, 10 PIMs and a -13 plus/minus through 41 games prior to his promotion.

      The Islanders signed Samuel Bolduc to a three-year, entry-level contract.

      Bolduc was selected in the second-round (No.57 overall) in 2019 and just finished his fourth year in the QMJHL. Bolduc started the year with Blainville-Boisbriand Armada but was moved to Sherbrooke Phoenix midway through. Overall, the 19-year-old defenseman tallied 11 goals and 32 assists (43 points) in 61 games. His 43 points was a career-best and was eighth among QMJHL blueliners.
