Niederreiter is expected to be a healthy scratch on Friday.

Niederreiter was late to arrive at practice on Thursday and stayed on with the scratches at Friday's morning skate, suggesting that he will be scratched tonight. Head coach Rod Brind'Amour wouldn't commit to making him a scratch but all signs are pointing towards that being a reality.

Niederreiter (ankle) isn’t expected to play Tuesday; probably return on Thursday.

Niederreiter is expected to miss his fifth straight game with an ankle injury but he will likely play on Thursday as long as he makes it through Wednesday’s practice unscathed. This will be a huge boon for the Wild, who are getting Zach Parise (back) in the lineup for the first time this season on Tuesday.
